During the guarantee period, all defects in material and workmanship will be corrected free of charge under the following conditions. The guarantee begins with the date of purchase and shall be for the period specified on the warranty card or a period of 2 years. The guarantee only applies to defects arising from faulty workmanship or materials that become evident during the guarantee period. It is left to Hama’s discretion whether the product concerned will be repaired or replaced. Damage resulting from improper handling, unnatural or unusual use, or normal wear and tear is not covered by this guarantee. Transport damage is excluded from this guarantee; for such damage, the transporting company is responsible. We recommend that such damage be reported directly to the transporter. Claims under this guarantee must be made directly with Hama or the dealer, within the guarantee period. The product returned shall be accompanied by a short description of the defect and the sales receipt as proof of right under this guarantee. When mailed, postage and carriage must be paid by you and the product carefully packed to avoid damage during transportation. Hama shall have no further liability to you in respect of any products failure to comply with the terms of this guarantee during the guarantee period. No claims for damages may be based on this guarantee, in particular no compensation will be paid for consequential damages. The guarantee period is not extended by recognition of a claim. This also applies to replaced or repaired parts. This guarantee is in addition and does not affect any rights, which the consumer may have by virtue of the Sale of Goods Act 1979. |

SanDisk Corporation (“SanDisk”) will repair or replace the Memory Card free of charge if it fails to meet its published specifications within 5 years from the date of purchase subject to the conditions below. The warranty applies only to the extent that the product is used in devices that are compliant with the specifications of the appropriate standards organization. This warranty is void if the Memory Card is not used in accordance with the product instructions or if SanDisk determines that any failure has been caused by misuse, improper installation, repair, alteration or accident SanDisk bears no responsibility for failure or defect caused by any third party products or components whether Authorized or not. SanDisk does not recommend the use of its products in life support applications where in a failure or malfunction, the product may directly threaten life or injury. Accordingly, in any use of SanDisk products in life support systems or other applications where failure could threaten life or injury, the products should only be incorporated in systems designed with appropriate redundancy, fault tolerant or back-up features. If a product fails under the terms of this warranty SanDisk will inspect the product and at its option, repair or replace the product. SanDisk will supply a product with equal to or greater capacity. SanDisk’s sole liability, and the exclusive remedy, for any acknowledged defects shall be the repair or replacement of the product in question. SanDisk may at its sole option, replace the product with a refurbished product. ALL STATUTORY OR INPLIED WARRANTIES ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. SANDISK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE OR LOST DATA. |

Koss products have a Lifetime Limited Warranty which covers normal use by a single purchaser. This Warranty does not apply to any purchaser who allows the product to be used by multiple users. Koss Corporation at its option, will repair or replace or refund the purchase price of any non-functioning stereophone provided it is returned to us in secure packaging together with a return address and a handling charge payment by way of cheque / postal order for £10 for most models (Price for bud style earphones – ie Keb / Plug / Budz is £5) payable to Hama (UK) Ltd. This warranty is the purchaser’s sole and exclusive warranty Koss reserves the right to replace any discontinued product with one of equal value. Koss shall not be liable for any special, exemplary, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages under any circumstance. The repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price, at Koss’s option, shall constitute purchase’s sole and exclusive remedy and Koss’s only liability to the purchaser, whether such liability is based on contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise. CELESTRON TWO YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
A. Celestron warrants your telescope to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two years. Celestron will repair or replace such product or part thereof which, upon inspection by Celestron, is found to be defective in materials or workmanship. As a condition to the obligation of Celestron to repair or replace such product, the product must be returned to Hama (UK) Ltd. together with proof-of-purchase satisfactory to Hama (UK) Ltd..
B. The Proper Return Authorization Number must be obtained from Hama (UK) Ltd. in advance of return. Call Hama (UK) Ltd on 01256 374700, to receive the number to be displayed on the outside of your shipping container.
All returns must be accompanied by a written statement setting forth the name, address, and daytime telephone number of the owner, together with a brief description of any claimed defects. Parts or product for which replacement is made shall become the property of Hama (UK) Ltd..
The customer shall be responsible for all costs of transportation and insurance, both to and from the o offices of Hama (UK) Ltd., and shall be required to prepay such costs.
Celestron shall use reasonable efforts to repair or replace any telescope covered by this warranty within thirty days of receipt. In the event repair or replacement shall require more than thirty days, Hama shall notify the customer accordingly. Celestron reserves the right to replace any product which has been discontinued from its product line with a new product of comparable value and function.
This warranty shall be void and of no force of effect in the event a covered product has been modified in design or function, or subjected to abuse, misuse, mishandling or unauthorized repair. Further, product malfunction or deterioration due to normal wear is not covered by this warranty.
CELESTRON DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. THE SOLE OBLIGATION OF CELESTRON UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE TO REPAIR OR REPLACE THE COVERED PRODUCT, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS SET FORTH HEREIN. CELESTRON EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY LOST PROFITS, GENERAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHICH MAY RESULT FROM BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY, OR ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE ANY CELESTRON PRODUCT. ANY WARRANTIES WHICH ARE IMPLIED AND WHICH CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO A TERM OF TWO YEARS FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASE.
Celestron reserves the right to modify or discontinue, without prior notice to you, any model or style telescope.

Limited Product Warranty
Ekomm Pty Ltd warrants this product to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of two years from the date of original retail purchase. If your product is found to be defective during the warranty period, Ekomm Pty Ltd will, at its sole option, replace the product with a new or factory reconditioned or substantially equivalent model.
This limited warranty does not apply to any defects attributable to damage beyond the reasonable control of Ekomm Pty Ltd including damage caused by abuse, misuse, misapplication or modifications performed by anyone other than Ekomm Pty Ltd or Hama (UK) Ltd.
Limitation of Liability
Ekomm Pty Ltd disclaims any and all implied warranties to the maximum extent permissible by law. Ekomm Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages caused by the misuse, or inability to use this product.
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

Limited Warranty
TRENDnet products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship, under normal use and service, for the following lengths of time from the date of purchase.
If a product does not operate as warranted during the applicable warranty period, TRENDnet shall reserve the right, at its expense, to repair or replace the defective product or part and deliver an equivalent product or part to the customer. The repair/replacement unit’s warranty continues from the original date of purchase. All products that are replaced become the property of TRENDnet Replacement products may be new or reconditioned. TRENDnet does not issue refunds or credit. Please contact the point-of-purchase for their return policies.
TRENDnet shall not be responsible for any software, firmware, information, or memory data of customer contained in, stored on, or integrated with any products returned to TRENDnet pursuant to any warranty.
There are no user serviceable parts inside the product. Do not remove or attempt to service the product by any unauthorized service centre. This warranty is voided if (i) the product has been modified or repaired by any unauthorized service centre, (ii) the product was subject to accident, abuse, or improper use (iii) the product was subject to conditions more severe than those specified in the manual.

within the applicable warranty period and providing a copy of the dated proof of the purchase. Upon proper submission of required documentation a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number will be issued. An RMA number is required in order to initiate warranty service support for all TRENDnet products. Products that are sent to Hama (UK) Ltd for RMA service must have the RMA number marked on the outside of return packages and sent to Hama (UK) Ltd prepaid, insured and packaged appropriately for safe shipment. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

The length of the limited warranty for the product you have purchased can be found on the product packaging. If you have additional questions about the length of your warranty you may contact IOGEAR’s support department via email at support@iogear.com.
IOGEAR products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the length of the warranty period which begins to run on the documented date of purchase. If this product proves to be defective within the warranty period, contact Hama (UK) Ltd for information on how to have your product repaired or replaced. Hama (UK) Ltd will not issue a monetary refund for the product.
When returning the product, you must ship the product in its original packaging or in packaging that provides an equivalent degree of protection for the product during shipment to Hama (UK) Limited at Unit 4 Cherrywood, Chineham Business Park, Basingstoke, Hants RG24 8WF,
Tel 01256 374700. Place your proof of purchase inside the packaging and clearly print the RMA number on the outside of the package. Hama (UK) Ltd’s support dept will provide you with the RMA number, but you will be responsible for the costs associated with shipping the product to Hama (UK) Ltd. Return requests that do not contain a proof of purchase, such as a store receipt, will not be processed.
Removal or alteration of the factory-supplied serial number invalidates this warranty.
This warranty does NOT cover damage due to: acts of God; accident; misuse; abuse; neglect; modification; improper operation; improper maintenance; lack of maintenance; connection to improper equipment; or repairs conducted by a party other than IOGEAR/Hama (UK) Ltd. This warranty is only valid in the country in which the product was purchased. The return of a defective product will be handled by agents in the country in which the product was purchased.
